East Falls
The East Falls in Cascade Park are a combination of a dam and rocky cliff that bring together a beautiful double waterfall. This waterfall is on the East branch of the Black River, a short walk from the Washington Avenue bridge. The old "Red Mill" of Elyria, when still in operation, once used the energy from the power of the falls. Using the observation decks from the Police station to view the falls makes the scene all the more enjoyable.
